Meet The Team
Jeff began his career in the janitorial service industry with Southeast Service Corporation in Knoxville, TN. In 1984 he moved to Atlanta as a key member of the management team that started Perimeter Maintenance Corporation. During his tenure at PMC, Jeff was instrumental in the successful transition and management of over twenty million square feet of commercial cleaning contracts. Along with the other key members of HTH Building Services, he developed, implemented and maintained a “state of the art” quality control program that is now in place at HTH. In February 2000, he left what had become Building One Service Solutions to help co-found HTH Building Services so that the customer service and quality focus he believes in can continue.
After six years as the owner of a residential cleaning service cleaning over 2000 homes annually, Marc joined PMC in 1994. As an Account Manager, he specialized in large accounts-most in excess of 1.5 million square feet. In 1996 he was named Operations Manager. As with Jeff and Terry, he was responsible for a portfolio ranging from 7 to 10 million square feet. His organizational and financial skills were instrumental in the successful operation of PMC. In March 2000, he left what had become Building One Service Solutions to co-found HTH Building Services.
Terry began his career with Southeast Service Corporation. He has held management positions with Southeast Service Corporation, ISS and Perimeter Maintenance Corporation. From 1992 to 2000, Terry was an integral part of PMC’s operations management team. His ability to train and motivate managers, supervisors and cleaning personnel was instrumental in the success of PMC. He has extensive experience in managing signature, high rise office towers, corporate facilities, banks and factories. In March 2000, he left what had become Building One Service Solutions to co-found HTH Building Services.
After graduating from Auburn University in 1985, Paul began his career as a Property Manager with Taylor & Mathis. He has held a similar position with Prentiss Properties. In 1992 he joined Perimeter Maintenance Corporation as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His experience as a Property Manager lent an “insiders” perspective in the development of PMC’s operational model as well as the way they marketed their services. He joined HTH Building Services in April 2001.
Jack graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1985. He has been in the building services industry for over 25 years. He has held management positions with both Perimeter Maintenance Corporation and HTH. At each company, he has been in charge of portfolios in excess of 5,000,000 square feet.
After six years of service with the United States Marine Corps, Jerry attended DeKalb Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Science and Mathematics. Simultaneously, Jerry had been employed with Taylor Construction Inc. in the Department of Human Resources where he worked eight years. Jerry’s people skills and trilingual knowledge provides the versatility needed in any Human Resources Department. He attended Strayer University graduating in the fall of 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources.
Marcio has been in the janitorial industry for over 20 years - all of them with HTH. He has been a Supervisor, Account Manager, and Operations Manager. His depth and breadth of knowledge is an asset not only to HTH, but to the customers he serves. He is currently an Operations Manager overseeing a portfolio in excess of 4,000,000
